2gigs or Ram is not enough if you want to play this game at MAX settings!!! Trust me I have 2 gigs or ram and my comp uses about 1.3gigs on this game! after playing for about 30-45min game starts lagging when opening new city…or just places.
My comp specs: AMD Phenom 920 (oc 3.5Ghz), XFX Hd4850 (1gigabyte version – really helps with graphics), 790FX Biostar mobo, 600 watt psu. I bought new ram from newegg (gskill 2×2gigs 1066 Mhz) and Im still waiting!

just sell you memory and buy a 4gig 1066mhz kit, it really will improve performance and wont come expensive, about €45-$61 i think, it worked out for me and i think also for you, but you have to keep in mind that you need a 64 bit OS to take fully advantage from the 4GB Ram. greetz
everything is on highest settings as possible on my gpu only one thing is on medium and thats because of video ram 512mb but running pretty good.
